To ensure that company registrations are updated and the availability of all regulatory requirements concerning all products as well as control of corresponding documents of the company.

REGULATORY:

Submit requirements or documents as needed by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

Coordinates with FDA personnel on updates for medical device distribution rules and regulations.

Prepares all documents necessary for product registration as required by FDA/government agency.

Prepares documents for registration of additional suppliers for FDA accreditation.

Submit requirements and facilities approval of new product registration.

Liaise with FDA personnel during inspection.


TRAINING:

Conceptualizes and prepares training materials for product knowledge and ensures updates for those new items.

Conducts product training for new recruits and regular marketing people including refresher courses.

Conducts Annual Training for GDP/GSP to Warehouse/Logistics.

Product Knowledge

Learn the features, advantages and benefits of each product and that of the competitors.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Licensed Pharmacist

Experience:

With at least 2 years experience

With experience in handling FDA relation matters.

Familiar with DOH and FDA rules and registrations.

With knowledge in processing and releasing of License to Operate.

With knowledge in processing Certificate Product Registration (CPR).

Product Knowledge

To manage all activities of the whole warehouse facilities, which often involve overseeing team performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage. To streamline all warehouse activities in order to help drive overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 year course

At least 3 years work experience in a warehouse lead role

Proficient knowledge of warehouse management system, procedure and policy.

Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

Ability to work with all levels of company staff

Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

With strong leadership skills, interpersonal and organization skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.

Manages and oversees administrative functions to ensure all paper works are processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.

Familiar with DOH and FDA rules and registrations.

Ensures dissemination of information to Warehouse Supervisor and Guard on duty about the arrival of shipment.

Oversees the conduct of physical inventory count and ensures the submission of physical count report and its reconciliation in a timely manner.

Investigates, determines and verifies possible causes of non-conformity. Prepares corrective action report on the non- conformity on qualitative and quantitative transactions.

Ensures correct and accurate recording of all transactions in E-Stock/WMS.

Ensures implementation of first - in first - out movement of items.

Recruits, hires, and trains new warehouse employees. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
