    All orders made before 4:30 PM Manila time from Monday to friday will be processed on the same day. Items ordered after the cut-off time, sundays and holidays will be processed the next working day.

    With a minimum purchase of P5,000, free shipping of items within Metro Manila and will be delivered the next day. For provincial and outside metro manila area, it would be freight collect and will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

    Payment of orders will be through our online system EGHL.

     

    Returns of Good Policy

     

    Our customer service representative will process your requests for any claims of incorrect shipment or damaged goods on delivery must be made within 2 workings days upon receipt of goods, kindly email us at sales@inmed.com.ph or call us at +63 (02) 8 571-1888 and upon approval, a return instructions will be sent via e-mail.

    The product must be in its original packaging and freight prepaid to us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Inmed Corporation may charge administrative, handling and bank charges depending on the circumstances. Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the management of INMED Corporation.

     

    Collection of Goods

     

    INMED Corporation will arrange the goods to be collected. If the goods will be returned without any written authorization, the company will not be responsible for the freight charges (for any reason).

    INMED Corporation is a retailer/distributor and does not manufacture any products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of INMED Corporation arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered.

     

    Claims for Breakages (Export Customers Only)

     

    Claims for breakages must be referred to your insurers. We do not insure export consignment.

     

    Issue of Credit

     

    Inmed Corporation reserves the right to refuse or delay credit or replacement unless the procedures for the return of goods have followed.
